SHIPPING POLICIES
For Boga Marine, caring for our clients is one of the cornerstones of our philosophy, therefore, all our shipments to Spain and Portugal are free.
We will inform you at all times of the status of your order by means of an e-mail that you will receive from our transport company. Thanks to the tracking number provided in the message you can check the status of your shipment in real time.
- Spain and Portugal: standard € 5 free with orders over € 20. Delivery: 2 to 3 days maximum.
- Rest of Europe: standard € 8, free with orders over € 50. Delivery: 3 to 5 days maximum.
- Rest of the world: standard € 15, free with orders over € 50. Delivery: 5 to 10 days maximum.
WITHDRAWAL POLICIES
Right of Withdrawal
The time to return any item is 15 days from the moment of purchase, once we receive the product and check its status, within a maximum period of 72 hours the entire product will be effective in your account or card.
Warranty
Attending to the highest standing of our customer service, all our products have a legal guarantee of exchange or replacement of two years.
Maintenance Recommendations
Store it in its original case without contacting other jewels to avoid friction, avoid contact with water, chemicals, shocks and extreme temperature changes as much as possible.
